As a Qualified Pastry Chef, he had an understanding of how to work chocolate at the end stage of production.
Sourcing cocoa beans from companies that are close to the Farmers, ensure the grower of the cocoa is paid a generous amount for their hard work. This chocolate is handmade in Coffs Harbour, NSW with sugar from Harwood, NSW & Australian Dairy powdered milk.
