Good Boy Chocolates was founded in mid-2020 by pastry chef Alessandro Luppolo. Alessandro has over 14 years of experience as a pastry chef & worked in Milan, NYC & Hong Kong before coming to Australia. Based in Port Melbourne, he believes in creating products with a purpose.
And to create his exquisite bean-to-bar chocolate, he uses only fair traded cocoa beans from the Solomen islands. The iconic citrus fruit and the Gum leaves are grown locally in Victoria by Finger Limes Melbourne. And the packaging is also specially made of recycled paper & cocoa husks.
